Fixed digital service — not gambling
AnimeBid has no betting, wagering, random outcome, odds, prize, cash-out or financial reward. Every confirmed US dollar purchases exactly one fixed ranking point for the anime selected by the buyer. First place has no monetary value or prize.
These Terms govern access to and use of animebid.lol, including the public leaderboard, anime pages, checkout and community-cause features. By completing a boost, you agree to these Terms, the Rules and the Privacy Policy.

What AnimeBid provides
AnimeBid is a paid public fandom ranking. A completed payment buys immediate ranking power for the selected anime. It does not buy ownership, merchandise, a prize, a permanent position, traffic, financial return, tax deductibility or any particular outcome. Other users may boost competing anime and change the ranking.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you act for another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. You may not use the service where prohibited by applicable law or sanctions.
Payments, delivery and taxes
Checkout is processed by Stripe in US dollars. AnimeBid does not receive or store full card numbers. Any applicable taxes are shown or handled through the payment flow. Ranking power is delivered only after signed payment confirmation from Stripe.
By checking the immediate-delivery box and paying, you expressly request that the digital service begin immediately. Once ranking power has been fully delivered, any statutory withdrawal right may be lost where applicable law permits. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Duplicate charges, failed delivery and other legally required remedies will be addressed. Refunds, reversals and chargebacks remove the corresponding ranking power.
Names, profiles and public material
A public supporter name or profile is optional. Community profiles may group multiple boosts under the same submitted community link. If supplied, you confirm that you control the identity or are authorized to represent and link it, and that the material is accurate and lawful. Submitted names, links, public avatars and descriptions may be displayed, cached, resized and used to operate or promote the leaderboard. Community links remain hidden until manual review.
AnimeBid may reject or remove impersonation, malware, fraud, infringement, adult content, unsafe or unsupported invitations, shortened links, unlawful material or anything creating a legal, security or reputational risk. Link approval is discretionary and is not an endorsement. Link rejection does not reverse legitimately delivered ranking power.
Anime catalogue and independence
AnimeBid is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with anime studios, publishers, distributors, Kitsu, Stripe or the listed social networks. Titles, cover images and other third-party material are used only to identify the anime being ranked. Rights holders may request review or removal at support@animebid.lol.
Community cause
The cause commitment is governed by the Community cause rule. A boost purchases ranking power; it is not itself a charitable donation, and AnimeBid does not issue donation tax receipts to buyers.
Availability, changes and responsibility
The service is provided as available and may experience errors, maintenance or interruptions. We may correct technical, fraudulent or ranking errors and update features or these Terms. Completed boosts remain governed by the terms accepted at checkout except where a change is required by law or necessary to address security or abuse.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, AnimeBid is not responsible for indirect losses or third-party destinations linked by supporters.
Law and complaints
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply in the user’s country. Contact contacto@almadevs.es before pursuing a complaint so we can try to resolve it.
